This Villa is located just two minutes’ walk from a sandy beach, with a shallow entry perfect for people who like to swim and for families with kids. Water is warm.
The villa has a very large terrace for your breakfasts or outdoor meals, with a very nice sea view.
The beauty of this villa is the very big garden with pine trees, tables, chairs and barbecue ideal for relaxing in the sun and for al fresco dining.
With one double and 2 twin bedrooms; one bathroom inside the house and another bathroom accessible from the garden, this villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The large kitchen is fully equipped. All bed linen, towels and hair dryers are provided.
Very good mountain bikes are provided for free (a refundable security deposit is request).
Lots of guide books, maps and suggestions on best places to visit in the area around Lecce and Puglia are also provided.
Owners are native to Lecce Puglia and speak fluent English and French. They are always available for any information you may need.

There is no swimming pool in the villa as the beach is just 2 minute walking (you can see it from the villa). Also the beach has a very shallow entry, perfect for kids and people who like to swim. Water is warm.
The villa is walled and gated for your privacy while you enjoy the sunshine lounging in the garden or while you have your meals outdoor.
This villa is perfect for food and wine lovers: on arrival you will find a very delicious welcome package with bread, tomatoes, fruit, cheese and wine for you to enjoy your first dinner at home. On request, the owners will come and cook delicious local dishes from Puglia or deliver freshest ingredients to the door.
One block away there is a farmer who grows and sells delicious tomatoes and all summer vegetables.
In Casa l’Abate there is a fruit and vegetable market every morning. There are also lots of restaurants and pizzeria in the area around the villa.
